“Ms. Ladd Fiorini moved we enter into Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A s 21(a)(2) to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel (Town Manager) and/or to conduct negotiations with non-union personnel (Town Manager), and that the Board will adjourn the meeting upon completion of the Executive Session and reconvene in Open Session at approximately 6:30pm.
