Defer the study of Articles 23 to Articles 39 relative to zoning to a future date to be determined
Mr. DiRocco moved to defer the study of Articles 23 to Articles 39 relative to zoning to a future date to be determined. Mr. Archinski seconded for discussion and stated it we've been talking about this for ten years and mostly generated from the Building Inspector. A hundred years ago we had eight zoning bylaws and they would come in one at a time. Now there are two hundred, they conflicted with each other and weren't codified. It is a big undertaking and he thanked Mrs. Manugian for her work on these articles. Mrs. Vandal stated the Board may even want to consider having a Special Town Meeting on just the articles once they are all set. The motion moved to a vote with all Board members voting in favor.
