That the Board enter into Executive Session, not to return to Open Session, for the purpose of conducting strategy sessions in preparation for collective bargaining negotiations with labor union personnel. Further, Mr. Jeffries, as Chair, declared that an Open Meeting discussion may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the Town
