To authorize, under MGL Chapter 41, Section 52, John Jeffries as the designated member of the Board of Selectmen for the purpose of approving bills or payrolls under this section of the law, and further, that the Board designate Bob Springett to act in this capacity as a substitute in the event of the absence or other inability of the designated member to act. Seconded by Ms. Hunter
