“Selectman Pacheco motioned, Selectman Mello seconded and it was VOTED to enter into Executive Session under Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 30A, Section 21 (a)(3)(2){7) 3. To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares. Chairman Caron so declared, Dighton Permanent Fire Association Local 302 Grievance Dighton Highway Local 1701 Contract Dighton Police Officers Local 306 Memorandum of Understanding 2. To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with non-union personnel.
