To appoint Cleon Turner to a volunteer pro-bono position to investigate the Towns options as they relate to the Town property's legal designation at 19 Dolly St for possible changes and way to make changes for housing on said property at Bob Crowell Road formerly known as the DPW property and further Mr. Turner may contact on the Towns behalf local or State guidance on the quickest way to change use of 19 Dolly Street South Dennis and further Mr. Turner should return his findings back to the Select Board as soon as practical

Cleon Turner said he believes he can move it along, he has an appointment at the State house tomorrow morning to speak on this item. John Terrio asked if the limitations on this parcel could be general residential? Cleon Turner said he thinks it should go from "park" to "workforce housing" and John Terrio agreed.
