To notify the Cape Cod Commission that the Select Board supports the Planning Board referral of the proposed H.A.C. (Housing Assistance Corporation) Family Transition Shelter at 1 Love Lane in Dennis to the Cape Cod Commission for review as a Development of Regional Impact (DRI). We believe it triggers DRI review both as a Mandatory Referral and Discretionary Referral as described in the DRI Discretionary Referral narrative letter sent May 29, 2024 (from the Town Planner to the Chief Regulatory Officer). This project has obvious regional impact by the nature of the proposal, it's location on the border with, and access through, Harwich, and its potential impacts throughout the Cape
