Jane Stevens, Dennis, asked if, in the future, what training would be needed to monitor plovers so that the Town could have volunteers. Mr. Lambton said that this could be looked into. Connie Mooers, East Dennis, agreed with the direction that the Select Board was going in and asked if the Beach would also be closed on Wednesday, June 15. She also agreed that 8 AM-7 PM or 7 AM- 7 PM were good hours for the Beach, and was better than having it closed. *Due to an emergency in the audience, the Board recessed for 30 minutes at 6:00 PM to 6:30 PM* The Board Voted: 5-0-0.” (Motion: McCormick, second: Terrio)
