“Mr. Lambton moved to use and sign the original version of the Warrant that was provided to the Board; Mr. Terrio seconded. The Board voted Mr. Lambton "aye", Mr. McCormick "aye", Mr. Terrio "aye" and Mr. Flanagan "aye".” (Motion: Lambton, second: Terrio)

“Mr. McCormick moved approval; Mr. Lambton seconded for discussion. Mr. Lambton noted that we were lucky that the citizens show up for Town meeting but he still thought it was smart to reduce the quorum since there were still unknowns with the pandemic. Mr. Flanagan asked if the Board wanted to reduce the quorum to 10% which is 15 or another number. There was consensus to reduce the quorum to 10% or 15 people. The Board voted Mr. Lambton "aye", Mr. McCormick "aye", Mr. Terrio "aye" and Mr. Flanagan "aye".” (Motion: McCormick, second: Lambton)
