Extend the temporary access over Town property for 166 Bayview Rd, Dennis until the close of business, specifically Spm, on January 4, 2020 and that no work to be conducted after [pm on December 24", no work Christmas, December 25", i no work on the weekend of December 28" and December 29", and no work on New Year's Day, January 1" and that the Board authorizes the Town Administrator in consultation with : the Chair to make additional extensions for considerations for the neighborhood and the protection of the public; Mr. Terrio seconded. Mr. Lambton added that the contractor 7 should revisit conditions 12 through 16 on the permit and adhere to them. Ms. McMahon : accepted the amendment to the motion
