Ch. 30A §22A Reason #3; to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining AFSCME, SEIU, MLDC, Police Patrol, Sergeants, Superior, & [AFF and the Chair declared an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and that the Board return to public session after the executive session.
