On a motion made by Ms. Sullivan, seconded by Ms. Welsh, it was resolved to authorize the town manager to execute a letter regarding on the town's behalf regarding the Oakdale school project as read into the record. Motion carried. Mr. MacDonald was not present at the meeting due to conflict of interest.
