Ms. Sullivan moved that the Select Board enter Executive Session Pursuant to MGL c.30A Sec. 21(a) Exemption 3 (To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares); Seconded by Dr. Teehan. On the Vote Ms. MacDonald - yes Dr. Teehan - yes Ms. Sullivan - yes Mr. Guilfoyle, yes Mr. MacDonald - yes

“Ms. Sullivan moved that the Select Board enter Executive Session Pursuant to MGL c.30A Sec. 21(a) Exemption 3 (To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares); Seconded by Dr. Teehan.
