DISCUSSION & VOTE RE: REQUEST FOR NON-EXCLUSIVE LOADING ZONE (MILTON STREET)
Push this request to the Engineering Department for study and recommendation back to the Board
Mr. Guilfoyle moved to push this request to the Engineering Department for study and recommendation back to the Board; seconded by Mr. MacDonald. Mr. MacDonald asked Ms. Baker if the process was to send this matter to the Engineering Department for further review and recommendation back to the Board. Ms. Baker answered yes and added that if the Board accepts the Engineering Department's recommendation, they amend the traffic rules and regulations to reflect the changes. Mr. Butler stated that for the benefit of the Public, Engineering is being asked to look at this this as one of the tenants going in the building is an adult day health provider. Mr. Butler added that they're looking for the drop off zone for the vans, so the seniors have a shorter walk into the facility.
