“After a motion was made by Selectman Stanley Mickelson, and seconded by Vice- Chair David Tatelbaum, it was voted 4-1 (John Haran against) to offer Cody Haddad a stipend in the amount of $ 10,000.00 for the remainder of this contract, and provide him with a list with conditions upon how the stipend will be earned.” (Motion: Mickelson, second: Tatelbaum)
