“After a motion was made by Selectman John Haran, and seconded by Vice- Chair Shawn McDonald, it was voted 3-2 (Stanley Mickelson and Frank Gracie against) to appoint Sarah Haskell Arruda as Interim Town Clerk.” (Motion: Haran, second: McDonald)
