“Select Member Grady made a motion to authorize Municipal Resources, Inc. to make a conditional offer of employment to Ms. Michelle Leary for the position of Town Manager in Cohasset, MA. This offer is conditioned upon the satisfactory background review/investigation conducted by Municipal Resources, Inc., and the successful negotiation of the terms of appointment by the Select Board, seconded by Select member Plecs, Roll Call, Chris Plecs-Aye, Paul grady-Aye, Ellen Maher-Aye, David Farrag-Aye..” (Motion: Grady, second: Plecs)
