To approve a New On-Premises §12 Wine & Malt Annual License to start for Vidhaan LLC d/b/a Golf Tavern , for the hours of 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. 7 days a week with Dineshchanra Thakor as Manager, subject to the condition that such license shall issue only upon completion of the premises according to said plan(s) presented to the Select Board November 28, 2023, and the decision of the Select Board as to whether or not said plan has been complied with shall be final. Also Mr. Thakor can approach the Board at the start of the business and revisit the Full All Alcohol license
