“Mr. Rossi moved and Mr. Doty seconded to award contract to lowest bidder: Dellbrook. Ant to authorize Town Administrator Tim Carroll to sign Notice to Proceed. With contracts to be signed 3/31/2022. With condition any changes subject to town counsel review. Mike Owens (Town’s OPM) said 480 days to complete project, it’s in our best interest to start clock ticking 3/31/2022. SO VOTED: 3 Ayes At 9:54 with no further items on agenda. Chairperson Malkin asked for a motion.” (Motion: Rossi, second: Doty)
