Minutes, page 2

ApprovePassed · Unanimous, 5 present

The proposed project does not conflict with the existing preservation restriction except for the 4 conditions, the equipment should be painted white, or be housed in white materials so as to blend in with the interior walls of the belfry; the equipment shall be covered with a material intended to improve antenna signal reception and transmission, but should in noway impact the visual representation of the exterior architectural elements of the tower, belfry or spire; The equipment on the ground should be protected from view by a wooden fence (as opposed to vinyl shown on the plans) and there needs to be a provision for maintenance of the same. The proximity to the Canton Corner Cemetery is such that wood is preferred over vinyl; the plans indicate that all cables and power are hidden within the structure. We encourage that this remain the case
