Approve the MWRA Infiltration and Inflow (I/I) Financial Assistance and Loan Agreement package and authorize the Town Administrator and Finance Director to sign and execute on behalf of the Town
On motion it was, Voted to approve the MWRA Infiltration and Inflow (I/I) Financial Assistance and Loan Agreement package and authorize the Town Administrator and Finance Director to sign and execute on behalf of the Town. A total financial assistance amount of $2,229,000.00 of which $1,671,750.00 shall be in the form of a grant and $557,250.00 shall be represented by the Loan Agreement.
