That the Board approve the entertainment license for 239 Underpass Road, Brewster Pico LLC, DBA Pico' s Taco Shack as outlined in the packet with the following changes: addition of AM/ PM for clarity on Page 67, addition of " limited to acoustic music" on the state application, elimination of the word " mostly" from Section 5 of the Brewster local application, and insertion of the word " unamplified" in section 5. '
