To confirm and approve the vote of the Brewster Affordable Housing Trust to award $ 700,000 of non -CPA trust fund monies to fund the construction of new affordable units at Serenity, subject to the requirement that the Regulatory Agreement for the property be amended prior to disbursement to restrict at least 12 of the new proposed 23 total units as affordable in perpetuity, such that 39 of the total proposed 155 units at the property ( 25% of the total units) will be affordable in perpetuity. This motion recognizes that Elevation' s total request to the Trust was for $1.2M, and that the Town's Housing and Planning Offices have prepared and submitted a Housing Choice grant application for 500,000 to assist in funding the construction of the units, with award announcements anticipated in late Fall 2025
