“Selectperson deRuyter moved to approve the July 22, August 5 , 19 & 26, September 9, 23 , & 30, October 5 & 71 2019 Select Board meeting minutes, Selectperson Chaffee second .Selectperson Bingham suggested amendments to the minutes, as she left after shellfish discussion and not weed harvester .The minutes will be amended to reflect the correct votes .Selectperson Chaffee, suggested additional grammatical corrections .The motion was amended to add the corrections .The Board voted to approve the July 22, August 5 , 19 & 26, September 9, 23 , & 30, October 5 &7 , 2019 Select Board meeting minutes 4-Yes 0- No.” (Motion: deRuyter, second: Chaffee)
