Member Markiewicz moved Motion to approve the Settlement Statement, Compliance Agreement, and 2nd Amendment to Purchase and Sale Agreement for the 95 & 105 Sargent Road land purchase in the form presented, and to authorize the Chair, in consultation with Town Counsel, to approve revisions to and execute all documents on behalf of the Board as may be required to complete the Town's purchase. Seconded by Member Fox. Approved by Roll Call 4-0: Fox "aye," Markiewicz "aye," Fowlks "aye," and Lipari "aye."
