Chair Campbell moved to enter Executive Session at 7:05pm to address items a through c and to not reconvene in open session. Seconded by Member Lipari. Discussion: Attorney Joe Fair noted that these items are being discussed in Executive Session because discussion in Open Session would have a detrimental effect on the bargainaing and litigation position of the Town. Chair Campbell agreed to modify her motion to include this language. Seconded by Member Lipari. Approved: 5-0 by Roll Call Campbell "aye," Markiewicz "aye," Lipari "aye," Fowlks "aye," Fox "aye."
