Chair Campbell moved into Executive Session: a. To investigate charges of criminal misconduct or to consider the filing of criminal complaints, per MGL Ch. 30A §21 (a) (5) b. To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation per MGL Ch. 30A §21 (a) (3) (Dispatch, DPW, Fire, & Police) c. To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with nonunion personnel; per MGL Ch. 30A §21 (a) (2) (Town Accountant & Town Administrator) and not to reconvene in open session. Seconded by Member Lipari. Approved: 4-0 Roll Call: Campbell "aye," Fox "aye," Fowlks "aye," and Lipari "aye."
