Markiewicz moved to enter into Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining with the Police Union pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, Section 21(a)(3) and not to return to Open Session further noting that to discuss in open session may have a detrimental effect on the position of the Board. Seconded by: Lipari. Approved: 5-0. Roll Call Vote: Lipari "aye," Campbell "aye," Fowlks "aye," Fox "aye," and Markiewicz "aye."
