Ms. Neyland subsequently made a motion to adjourn to Executive Session to discuss strategy with respect to litigation (984 Massachusetts Avenue, Granite Hill Development) if open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the government's bargaining or litigating position, per C30A §21 (a), subsection 3 and for the Select Board to not to reconvene in Open Session. Mr. Fowlks seconded the motion. Approved: 5-0 Roll Call, Stemple "aye," Fowlks "aye", Markiewicz "aye', Fox "aye" and Neyland "aye".
