Chair Bak moved to adjourn to executive session to: i. discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining (all), ii. consider the purchase or value of real estate, and to re-convene in open session in the Grange Meeting Room at approximately 7:00 PM to continue the business on the agenda of the Board, she further noted that to discuss in open session may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position.
