That the Comprehensive Wastewater Management timelines should include the filing of watershed permits for Phinney's Harbor and MagansettSqueteague watersheds. A watershed permit Notice of Intent for these watersheds should be filed by June 30th, 2025. In order to meet this goal, the Select Board directs the Town Administrator to have town staff prepare the pre-application schedules required to be filed with the NOI's for the Phinney's Harbor and Magansett-Squeteague watersheds for review by the Select Board at the meeting of June 10th, 2025, with the goal of filing the NOI's on or before June 30th, 2025. There was some discussion about other things being put on hold and about the tight timeline.
