MOTION - Member Burrows made a motion to approve the Town of Billerica Record Policy for Public Meetings with the amendment from Secretary Conway to change the Purpose section to read: To provide electronic recording of meetings for the Select Board and all appointees of the Select Board. The intent is to capture Boards and Committees that have impacts on resident's lives relevant to compliance or financial cost. This policy will also aid with the preparation of meeting minutes.
