Sel Burns - Mr Chairman | move that we approve the license for Sheaumann Laser, Inc. 5 Federal St Bilierica requesting a Flammable Gas Storage License in the amount of 26,000 cu ft with following conditions-they must comply with Mass Gen Law Chapter 148, 527 Mass State Fire Code 780 Mass State Building Code, all applicable NFBA Codes and annually the property owner shall obtain a professional engineer to comply with Mass State fire code, Mass State Building Code and Town Of Billerica permit and license restrictions. A report shall be submitted to fire prevention bureau 1 month prior to the expiration of the annual fire dept permit. Motion is seconded by Sel Burrows. No discussion on motion.
