ACCEPTANCE OF DEED FOR MASONIC TEMPLE Selectman Burns makes a motion we accept the deed from Masonic Temple. Selectman Burrows seconded. Town Manager Curran put a motion in packet. Selectman Burns will read motion. Mr. Chairman | motion that for the acceptance of deed the Town of Billerica acting by and through its BOS pursuant to the vote taken under Article 31, June 16, 2020 with a certified copy attached incorporated herein accepts deed from Masonic Inc. to property located at 11 Concord Rd Billerica, MA, for historic preservation 18th day of September, 2020. Signed by BOS Chairman Michael Rosa, Vice Chairman John Burrows, Secretary Daniel Burns, Member Kimberly Conway, and Member Andrew Deslaurier. Seconded by Selectman Burrows. Roll call vote (5-0)
