On a Martinis/Grant motion the Board unanimously voted 4-0 that pursuant to the vote taken under Article 15 of the November 17, 2021 Special Town Meeting, to purchase Unit 1, Unit 1 (Expansion #1), Unit 1 (Expansion #2), and Unit 2 at the 215 Depot Street Condominium, located at 215 Depot Street for general municipal purposes, subject to existing leases, and to execute, and to authorize Denis Fraine or Cynthia McNulty to sign documents, any and all acceptances, settlement statements, and other documents and agreements as may be necessary or convenient to accomplish said acquisition.
