Provide a Grant of Location to Eversource Energy for Underground Electric Service at 170-172 Middlesex Turnpike
Mr. Moonan moved that the Select Board provide a Grant of Location to Eversource Energy for Underground Electric Service at 170-172 Middlesex Turnpike. The following conditions should be included with the Grant of Location: 1. The conduit layout shall be continuous along the southbound lane of Middlesex Turnpike. Temporary conduit may be installed in the northbound lane over the Shawsheen River, but shall be removed once the final conduits are installed in the southbound lane. 2. The Eversource contractor shall obtain a Trench Permit ($50) and a Street Opening Permit ($3,440) from the DPW. 3. An As-Built drawing shall be submitted to the DPW once the work is complete.
