Motion: Ms. Tesmenitsky motioned to approve the process outlined in the memo to both Boards that was created by she and Ms. Greaves, including the Next Steps as outlined by Ms. Greaves in the email, the post to the public, with the goal of delivering names by the April 1st date. Ms. Greaves seconded the motion. Vote: 10-0-0. Motion approved by rollcall vote (Venkat-aye, Tesmenitsky-aye, Pelletier-aye, Montesino-aye, Kendall-aye, Greaves-aye, Bennett-aye, Keegan-aye, Kinsman-aye, Magnani-aye).
