Motion: Ms. Bennett motioned to authorize the Conservation Commission the use of outside counsel for the upcoming hearing for the 40B project at 10-60 Main Street, in an amount not to exceed $10,000; if additional monies are required, they would return to the Select Board. Ms. Keenan seconded the motion. Vote: 4-0-0. Motion approved.
