Motion: Mr. Pelletier motioned to appoint Angel Khazadian to the position of Associate Member, Ms. Tesmenitsky seconded the motion. Vote; 9-0-0. Motion approved by rollicall vote. (Venkat-aye, Pelletier-aye, Montesino-aye, Tesmenitsky-aye, Kendall-aye, Greaves-aye, Bennett-aye, Kinsman-aye, Magnani-aye.
