Motion: Ms. Greaves made a motion that the Select Board accept a gift of land therein known as 0 Fountain Street, Rear, Ashland, Massachusetts, including 10,890 square feet, more or less, and shown on Assessor Map 010 Lot 0045, as authorized pursuant to Article 4 of the November 29", 2023 Town Meeting, and further to authorize the Chair, Robert K. Scherer, to execute and enter into any and all documents necessary to effectuate the acquisition of said property. The motion was seconded by Mr. Magnani. Vote: 4-0-0.
