Board's recommendations are that the dogs are humanly restrained anytime they leave the house, they must be leashed and the must be muzzled when out in public, they get professional training...
Steve made a motion that board's recommendations are that the dogs are humanly restrained anytime they leave the house, they must be leashed and the must be muzzled when out in public, they get professional training within 60 days of the hearing, that Jazzy and Pebbles are handled one at a time by an adult, that the owners provide proof insurance within 30 days and that it be maintained, that Dona Walsh check out the fenced area to be sure it is secure, that Jazzy is spayed and microchipped within 60 days of the hearing and that the Brogan's veterinary bills be paid. This motion was seconded by Yolanda with a unanimous vote of 5-0-0.
