Hanto be required to have Police Details on the busy nights including Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eves
Yolanda made a motion that Hanto be required to have Police Details on the busy nights including Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eves. They are required to fix the camera and keep them in working order. The Fire Department is to make a determination on the head count for the bar area and Hanto keeps the count at or below capacity. Everyone is carded prior to entering the bar area. These are all conditional of the License renewal. This motion was seconded by Steve with a vote of 4-1-0 (Magnani) Tax Classification Hearing

I hereby move that the Select Board accept as a gift, the land with the building thereon as known and numbered "0 Nancy Drive" Ashland, Middlesex County, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, including 4,561 square feet more or less, and shown on Assessor's Map 26 Lot 62 as authorized pursuant to Article 4 of the November 16, 2022 Special Town Meeting and further to authorize the Chair, Brandi Kinsman, to executive and enter into any7 and all documents necessary to effectuate the purchase of said property. This was seconded by Yolanda with a unanimous vote of 5-0-0.
