This was seconded by Joe, with a vote of 5-0- Robert Hill Way Michael explained that the developer will be starting the construction on the booster pump for Robert Hill Way and in the meantime the occupancy permits will be released slowly, so the water system is not negatively impacted prior to the installation of the booster pump.
