Yolanda Greaves made a motion to appoint Deepa Venkat to the Planning Board to fill the position vacated by Philip Williams, with the appointment to expire at the next annual Municipal Election. The motion was seconded by Dale Buchanan; Mitchell-aye, Magnani-aye, Scherer-aye, Greaves-aye; with a vote of 4-0-0.
