Approve the street layout for Royal Colony Circle provided that they complete the remaining items required by the DPW Director and the Town Planner and add this to the Special Town Meeting Warrant
Yolanda Greaves made a motion to approve the street layout for Royal Colony Circle provided that they complete the remaining items required by the DPW Director and the Town Planner and add this to the Special Town Meeting Warrant. Those items are to establish a $5,000.00 cash bond to review and fix the puddling issues and that they are going to add up to three inches of mulch to the island landscaping in the spring. The motion was seconded by Steve Mitchell with a unanimous vote of 4-0-0.

Steve Mitchell made a motion that the owner of Coco shall humanely restrain the animal provided that no order shall provide that a dog deemed dangerous be chained, tethered or otherwise tied to an inanimate object including but not limited to a tree, post or a building, and that this motion is conditioned by the following requirements, continue additional prey drive training, additional fence reinforcements, the use of an e-collar and the dog is not left unattended.
