Yolanda Greaves made a motion for the Board of Selectmen accept a Restrictive Covenant in the form attached and presented at this meeting concerning the land known as 11 Frankland Road, Ashland MA, Middlesex County, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, which is a portion of the land conveyed by deed recorded with the Middlesex South District Registry of Deed in Book 31815, page 349 and dated August 23, 2000, and by a reservation of rights in a deed recorded with said Registry at Book 32836, page 553 and dated April 26, 2001 and meaning and intending to include the land shown as Lot 1 on a plan entitled "Plan of Landin Ashland" dated December 7, 2000 by GLM Engineering Consultants, Inc., 1750 Washington Street, Holliston, MA and recorded as Plan Number 428 of 2001 in Plan Book 32836 Plan 553 consisting of 2 sheets including 15.36 acres as authorized pursuant to Article11 of the May 2, 2018 Annual Town Meeting and further to authorize the Vice Chair, Robert Scherer, to executive and enter into any and all documents necessary to effectuate the Restrictive Covenant.
