Rob Scherer made a motion to grant permission to work on the water/sewer connection during the hours of 8:00 pm to 5:00 am starting June 24, 2018 and that it ends no later than 5:00 am on June 29, 2018. The developer is required to submit engineering drawing of the roadway traffic signage and safety details for approval from the DPW and the Police Department. Additionally, the trench must be covered by steel plates and proper warning signs must be placed at the appropriate locations and work must be completed in accordance with Doug Small's memo dated June 4, 2018 and the proposed work schedule dated June 6, 2018. This motion was seconded by Yolanda Greaves with a unanimous vote of 5-0-0.
