“Motion by Cathy to enter into Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c.30A, sec. 21(1), to discuss the discipline or dismissal of, or complaints or charges brough against, a public employee - Bob Hanson. Second by Matt. The Board will not be re-entering regular session. Roll call vote - David - Yes, Cathy- Yes, Matt - Yes.” (Motion: Biliouris, second: Leonard)
The Selectboard will end employment of Bob Hanson as part time town administrator upon appointment of interim TA and Bob will remain in advisory role in office until September 29 in order to train...
Motion by Matt that the Selectboard will end employment of Bob Hanson as part time town administrator upon appointment of interim TA and Bob will remain in advisory role in office until September 29 in order to train and appoint interim TA. After Sep 29th, Bob will assume advisory position to talk with Department Heads, Selectboard members, legal counsel, Monday - Friday between normal business hours unless urgently requested. Included in that time frame, be available for procurement and union negotiations. In addition, Bob will receive $10,000 for transitional duties. Cathy second. Vote is unanimous
