Said amount represents payment of all amounts due to redeem the tax taking covering the Board of Selectmen Minutes August 18, 2021 property, which include, but are not limited to, taxes and interest to the date of this meeting (8/18/21), all charges and fees associated with the foreclosure case and any costs incurred by the Town in the care, custody and control of the property after the entry of the judgment. The Town is in possession of the full amount required to redeem, and the Town will take the necessary action to vacate the foreclosure judgment and withdraw the foreclosure case in the MA Land Court.
