Agree to pay the Hwy employees' lost wages (numbers worked out 14 hrs. at time & one half) for these 2 grievances conditional on the union providing a letter to the Town Administrator that they...
6) Selectmen agree to pay the Hwy employees' lost wages (numbers worked out 14 hrs. at time & one half) for these 2 grievances conditional on the union providing a letter to the Town Administrator that they would not proceed with old violations (past 2 years) and there would be no precedent set by this action and no admission of any fault. These wages to be paid as quickly as possible (weeks not months). The Town will have to figure out how to pay the prior fiscal year wages. Motion: Mike McCallum Seconded: Dave Nadeau Vote: Unan
